According to data from the Active Population Survey (EPA), the option of self-employment in different projects is increasing, with 448,200 multi-employed people who claim to combine two or more jobs per month.

Digitization has encouraged the birth of new jobs linked to the Internet and new technologies. This is the case of influencers, web analysts or community managers. Many people aspire to join this tribe since their lifestyle offers more personal autonomy and more travel opportunities.

Finally, all of them can be flexible workers. Employees who work remotely or have occupations for certain hours. These people maintain a different relationship with the company and have a number of qualities, such as the ability to adapt and organize as part of their responsibility under the criteria of work efficiency. In this context, new technologies and flexible workspaces are a great attraction to interact with a professional environment and establish synergies with other people.
