Vara sees an "error" in the management of the crisis that part of the "dome" of the Technical Committee is infected

"The image we have given to citizens is not good, things must be recognized," he said in an interview on Cadena Ser, collected by Europa Press. "I feel sorry for them, because I love them and I put myself in their place," added Vara about the technical managers with positives in coronavirus.
The Extremadura president has admitted that "it is difficult to tell people to confine themselves at home" because "not everyone understands things in the same way", but he insisted that politicians must set an example with confinement.
"We must recover the activity with all the safeguards in the world and care (...) So that no one has the slightest doubt that we do not intend to evade any type of control," he indicated in reference to the reopening of the Congress of the Deputies this Tuesday for the control session to the Government.
Fernández Vara has spoken like this after it was known that several people in charge of the Technical Committee, which appears every day in the press room of the Palacio de la Moncloa, tested positive for coronavirus. Among those infected are the head of the Center for Health Alerts and Emergencies of the Ministry of Health, Fernando Simón, the DAO of the Police, José Ángel González, and that of the Civil Guard, Laurentino Ceña.
