UEFA will meet on April 23 to decide the future of their competitions - La Provincia

The Executive Committee of the UEFA will meet again next Thursday, April 23, to analyze the situation caused by the coronavirus pandemic and study a possible roadmap to decide the future of their competitions.
Throughout the next week, the European body will celebrate several videoconference meetings with all the protagonists of European football to discuss the future of national and continental competitions, the Champions League and the Europa League.
In this way, the activity will begin on Tuesday 21 with the meeting of the general secretaries of the 55 member national federations, including Luis Rubiales representing the Royal Spanish Federation (RFEF).
Subsequently, on Wednesday 22, the UEFA meeting will take place with representatives of the national leagues and the European Club Association (ECA). Finally, on Thursday 23 the Executive Committee of the continental body will meet.
On March 17, UEFA leaders already agreed to postpone to 2021 the European Team Championship for give more margin on the calendar. Almost a month later, all the major European leagues are still detained and it remains an unknown that will occur with them.
