Two people identified for forwarding boycott emails to childhood vaccination

Investigators from a judicial unit of the Superior Police Headquarters of the Canary Islands have identified two people as the possible authors of the massive sending of emails to 6,339 professionals assigned to the Canary Health Service (SCS), in which they were allegedly coerced by the activation of the childhood vaccination campaign [de 5 a 11 años] activated last December by the ministry headed by Blas Trujillo. Police sources stressed the fact that no arrest has yet been registered based on the complaint filed by Conrado Domínguez, director of the Canarian Health Service, against the Asociación Nacional Sovida and the Asociación Nacional Leaders College International.

Up to 6,339 nurses and auxiliaries, a third of the 18,000 professionals who currently work in the Archipelago, found in their personal corporate email inboxes a denialist pamphlet in PDF format, with a markedly threatening and intimidating tone, in which the work they carried out in the pediatric campaign was questioned.

Agents of the National Police Corps have been able to associate this massive mailing with two residents of the capital of Gran Canaria who allegedly promoted the coercion from the Acció[email protected] accounts and [email protected]

Likewise, sources close to the investigation stated that the information obtained is currently being analyzed in order to determine if there are indications that an action that is typified as a crime or misdemeanor may have been committed.

It has not yet been possible to determine whether the messages are constitutive of any criminal action or misdemeanor.

In the messages sent to the health Up to four points are listed on which they support the non-vaccination of minors included in this age range. In the first of them, for example, they argue that the administration of the covid-19 vaccine to minors will be safe when the manufacturer completes its safety studies. [esta fase está previsto que acabe a finales de 2023], adding in the second point that at the moment there is a great misinformation to parents and guardians by not specifying the mandatory nature of the medical prescription. The third point, without specifying, refers to the serious, very serious and lethal reactions that have been reported to EudraVigilan [sistema europeo de notificación de reacciones adversas asociadas a medicamentos] and, finally, nurses and auxiliaries are warned of the possible commission of alleged crimes of professional intrusion regulated in article 402 of the penal code and some crimes of usurpation of functions, regulated in article 403 of the penal code. That was the content of the complaint filed with the National Police Corps.

In the document sent to the professionals of the Canary Islands Health Service (SCS) there is a final warning that revolves around the possibility that the representatives of the Asociación Nacional Sovida and the Asociación Nacional Leaders College International «take timely legal action against those members of the group of health workers to whom this communication is addressed who incur in possible crimes and infractions against the population under twelve years of age due to the inoculation of the covid-19 vaccine ».

In the complaint filed by the Canary Islands Health Service, published last week in this newspaper, it is reflected that the intention of the emails is clearly "to intimidate all health personnel to the point of creating confusion about the people who make it up with the aim of paralyzing the vaccination plan against covid-19”, a circumstance that from the SCS can suppose a clear “data breach”.

Post theft

One of the lines of investigation on which the Police is working is to find out how these two groups got hold of the email lists of the SCS staff, since these accounts are not for public use and, therefore, the authors of this "attack" could be committing the crimes of harassment and violation of personal data: the Data Protection Law protects the users of these professional accounts. Basically, what it is about is being able to prove that there has been a subtraction of the data of the people who ended up receiving the emails.

Lastly, police sources indicated that These two identifications are not related to the transmission of 600 email messages (spam) to section 2 of the Administrative Litigation of Las Palmas. Although, as in the case of the health workers, the purpose of the promoters of this action was to paralyze the process of childhood vaccination in the Islands.
