An earthquake of magnitude 4.4 on the Richter scale was registered today in Guatemala without causing casualties or damage, an official source said.
The National Institute of Seismology, Volcanology, Meteorology and Hydrology (Insivumeh) said the quake was recorded at 11:17 local time (17:17 GMT).
