Torra demands Sanchez to ask for "forgiveness" for "defamation" on the CDR

The president of the Generalitat, Quim Torra, has demanded this Friday the president of the Government, Pedro Sánchez, to ask for "forgiveness" for the "defamation" on the Defense Committees of the Republic (CDR).
After the National Court has agreed to elude prison on bail of 10,000 euros for a fifth member of the CDR investigated for terrorism, a measure he has already issued for four other defendants, Torra recalled Sanchez's words in September, when he urged the independence to "flatly uncheck the violence" of detained activists.
"Defamation after defamation, for days and days I was / were accused of 'protecting violence'. I welcome the imprisonment of September 23 leaving a prison in which they should never have entered. Many must ask for forgiveness. And the first that he must do it has to be President Sánchez, "Torra said on Twitter.
