The State Agency of Meteorology (Aemet) foresees for today, Saturday, gusts of strong winds in areas of the Canary Islands, and showers in the Valencian Community and the rest of the Mediterranean area.
In areas of the Valencian Community will continue the squalls, which will be somewhat more intense at dawn, tending to remit and to become more dispersed.
Rains and occasional showers are also expected in a good part of the rest of the Mediterranean area, points of the Central System and, at the end of the day, in the western end of Andalusia. It is not ruled out that punctually they have certain intensity in the northeast of Catalonia and around the Strait.
In the Canary Islands rain and showers are expected, with a probability of being locally strong and cloudy intervals in the rest of the country with a predominance of medium and high clouds, being little cloudy or clear in the Cantabrian and northern Galicia.
The level of snow will drop at the end of the day in Pyrenees at 1,400 / 1,600 m. There will be fogs and possible fog banks in large areas of the interior of the peninsula.
The diurnal temperatures will undergo little changes or will be in descent in the Peninsula and the Balearic Islands, that will be more accused in the peninsular northeast and will be in increase in Canaries.
East and southeast wind in the Peninsula and the Balearic Islands, and southwest winding northwest in the Canary Islands, with intervals of strong intensity, even strong gusts in the islands of more relief.

GALICIA: Partly cloudy with high cloud intervals. Minimum temperatures in slight rise and maximum with few changes. Slack wind from the south and southeast rolling east and getting stronger during the second half of the day on the coast.
ASTURIAS: Cloudy or cloudless with low cloudiness inside at the beginning of the day. Minimum temperatures in light ascent and maximum in slight decrease in Cordillera and Picos, and with little change in the rest. Slack wind from south and southeast rolling east on the coast.
CANTABRIA: In Campoo and Liébana, low cloud intervals at dawn, which will tend to dissipate in the morning, with morning mists and without discarding fog banks. Cleared in the rest. Temperatures without changes, although in many locations the minimums will be recorded at the end of the day. Winds from the south and southeast weak with some more intense interval.
BASQUE COUNTRY: Intervals of low clouds at dawn in Araba and southern Gipuzkoa and Bizkaia, where they tend to dissipate in the morning, being able to persist until midday in Araba, with fogs and probable morning fog banks. Cleared in the rest. Minimum temperatures in descent in the eastern half and with few changes in the rest, with records at the end of the day in many locations; maximums that remain without significant changes. Winds from the south and southeast weak, with some more intense interval, tending to this in the littoral in the afternoon.
CASTILLA Y LEÓN: Cloudy the first half of the day with low clouds and probable mists and morning mists. In the afternoons, partly cloudy with increasing middle and high clouds in the southwest. Weak scattered precipitation in the Central System can not be ruled out. Minimum temperatures unchanged in the west and declining in the east, and maximum in slight decline in the northwest and east and without changes in the rest. Winds between east and south.
NAVARRA: On the Cantabrian side little cloudy or clear; in the rest, cloudy intervals with low clouds at dawn, tending to little cloudy or clear in the afternoon, except in the extreme northeast where the cloudiness will persist. Mists and probability of fog banks in the far west. Minimum temperatures that descend in the extreme west and locally in the Ribera and remain with few changes in the rest, with records at the end of the day in many locations; maximums that remain with few changes. Southeast winds loose.
LA RIOJA: Cloudy the first half of the day with low cloud cover and probable fogs and morning fog banks, then tending to cloudy. Minimum temperatures in descent and maximum without changes or slight decrease. Winds, loose south and southeast in the mountains, and southeast in the valley.
ARAGÓN: Skies with more compact cloud intervals in the north and east of the Community. In Huesca, precipitation is expected from the afternoon, which will be more likely at the end of the day. They are not discarded in a more scattered and occasional way in other areas of the eastern half. The level of snow will drop from 2,200 m. at 1,600 m at the last minute. Temperatures with local decreases. Weak frosts in points of the Pyrenees. Low variable wind with a predominance of the loose southeast in the Ebro Valley.
CATALONIA: Predominance of cloudy sky. As of noon, precipitation is expected in the northern half and is not discarded in a more dispersed and occasional way in the rest. In the northeast quadrant they could be locally strong at the end of the day. The level of snow will drop from 2,000 m. at 1,500 m. in the Eastern Pyrenees and at 1,700 m. in the western. Minimum temperatures with local decreases and maximum decreases. On the coast, east wind and moderate northeast; in the interior, loose variable with predominance of the eastern component.
EXTREMADURA: Partly cloudy with an increase in medium and high clouds from the southwest during the morning, without ruling out weak precipitation at the end in the south and west. Probability of morning mists and mists. Minimum temperatures without changes or in slight decrease and maximum without changes. Winds from the east and southeast.
MADRID: Cloudy or covered with low clouds in the Sierra, with fogs or morning fog banks and probable rains or showers, tending to cease and open clearings at the end of the afternoon; in the rest, cloudy or with cloudy intervals without ruling out an occasional shower, except in the southeast, where they are not expected, tending to little cloudy at the end of the day. In the rest, cloudy or cloudy intervals of low clouds, with fog and the possibility of morning fog banks in mountain areas. Probable rains and showers in the extreme east of Albacete and Sierra de Alcaraz, without discarding them in the rest of Albacete and east of Cuenca. MURCIA: Cloudy skies with showers, which will be more likely and intense in the early hours, sending precipitation throughout the day. Temperatures without changes or slight decrease. Winds of east component, loose inside.
BALEARES: Predominance of the sky with little cloudiness with probability of some occasional precipitation generally weak. Temperatures with few changes. Northeast winds.
ANDALUCÍA: Cloudy intervals, tending to cloudy skies or covered throughout the day, without discarding occasional showers, more likely in Huelva and at the last hours. On the Mediterranean coast and the Strait, cloudy skies are expected with showers more intense and frequent in the early hours in Almeria and Melilla, where they can occasionally be accompanied by storms and be locally strong. Morning mist in the interior. Temperatures with few changes. Component winds are increasing in the afternoon, occasionally strong on the coast.
CANARY ISLANDS: Skies covered during the first half of the day in the western islands and in the afternoon in the eastern ones, with precipitations that will be accompanied by occasional squalls, more intense in La Palma in the early hours. Temperatures with few changes or slight rise in the maximum in Tenerife and the eastern islands. Wind from southwest to northwest with intervals of strong and strong gusts in summits.
