Vaccination in Spain is progressing, not without setbacks, waiting for the supply of vaccines to intensify and be regular. It is the way for mass immunization to be achieved and the goal of 70% of the vaccinated population set by the Government is reached. For the moment, the goal of reaching the end of March with eight out of ten people over 80 vaccinated it has not been achieved, although from Health they relaxed the deadlines, but the vaccines that have been inoculated already show their effects in some data. The signs for hope point to three of the groups that have been hardest hit by COVID-19 and that precisely for that reason are a priority in the vaccination strategy: nursing homes for the elderly, health workers and octogenarians.
