The magistrate summons the mother, wife and a cousin of Rayco Rubén González to testify on November 11 to answer for the alleged crimes of administrative prevarication, influence peddling, aggravated fraud and money laundering

Magistrate Francisco Javier García García-Sotoca has summoned them to testify as investigators,
the mother, the wife and a cousin of Rayco Rubén González, sole administrator of RR7 United SL, within the framework of the proceedings that are being carried out for the Masks case.

These three people join their own
Rayco, Conrado Domínguez and Ana María Pérez on the list of people under investigation -according to Atlántico Hoy- and they will have to answer for the alleged crimes of
administrative prevarication, aggravated fraud and money laundering.

In the same way, the instructor has considered the request of the Anticorruption prosecutor to deduce complete testimony of this procedure to the Prosecution Section of the
Court of Auditors who investigates the case. He was also interested in this body sending them a
report on the status of the procedure of the preliminary investigations that are being carried out.
