The law will be current for all streamers who want to broadcast their videos to Spanish viewers, so it will not be filtered by the birthplace from which they come, so that, regardless of whether they are residing elsewhere, they must follow this imposed regulation. This change aims to include them within the General Law of Audiovisual Communication applying the specified regulation.
