"There are very solvent candidates like González Pons and Catalá"
This is what García Margallo has said after being asked by À Punt Directe about whether he sees himself as a candidate of the 'popular' at the Valencia City Council, moments before his conference at the Mercantile Athenaeum of Valencia, entitled 'Gibraltar, a historic opportunity' .
"It seems to me that there are very solvent candidates, such as Esteban González Pons or María José Catalá, who would do a magnificent role in the City Hall of Valencia, I think I have not been called or expected in such a thing," said Margallo.
