The United Kingdom adds 377 more deaths from COVID-19 and detects 1,887 infections

The United Kingdom today recorded 377 deaths from COVID-19, to a total of 37,837 since the pandemic began, and detected 1,887 new cases of the disease, British Prime Minister Boris Johnson reported at a press conference.

The head of government stressed that he is continuing his plans to start opening some primary schools and relax the rules of social distancing in England starting Monday.
