The Tour honors the Prado Museum in its bicentennial

After more than 3,272 km traveled by the Spanish geography, the arrival of the Vuelta 19 to Madrid has been a pretext used to pay homage to the 200 years of history of the Prado Museum.

The Tour has wanted to pay homage to the art gallery in its bicentennial. The artist Eugenio Ampudia recreates a fictional stage of the Vuelta with the stage of the rooms of the Prado Museum in the background, creating a game of images of corridors that run through the different rooms of the Museum and bring us closer, in an unpublished vision, the content of our most famous art gallery.
