The taxi sector announces lawsuits and lawsuits against Uber and Cabify

The Integral Taxi Platform has announced that it will presenta civil lawsuit and a criminal complaint against Uber and Cabify, as well as a claim for patrimonial damages against the Central Administration to defend the rights of taxi drivers in the conflict for the use of VTC licenses.
The coordinator of Elite Taxi, Alberto Álvarez, has advanced this battery of measures before the Justice during a press conference to detail the arguments of the taxi sector before the current regulation of the services of transport vehicles with driver, the so-called VTC.
"There is evidence that a plot is being set up and that there are people who are pushing for the liquidation of a sector protected by European directives, they want to get us out of the way, but we will not leave," Álvarez said.
