The articles of the Law detail that this loan, which will not accrue interest and its cancellation will occur within a maximum period of ten years from the date of grant, will serve to provide adequate coverage to Social Security obligations and enable your budget balance.

This loan will be used throughout the year to pay extra pensions, together with an amount still to be determined that will be extracted from the Social Security reserve fund, in which there are about 5,000 million euros.
