Experts attribute this improvement to yesterday's statements by Italian Prime Minister Giuseppe Conte, who said that Italy is ready to "calmly dialogue" with the EU on its budgets and that the euro is "inalienable."
Conte made this statement at a time of tension between the EU and the country, after Italy has approved raising its deficit target.

Telefónica, which leads the gains of the IBEX 35, is up 1.66%; Iberdrola, 0.34%, and Repsol -with the price of Brent crude up, at 84.93 dollars-, 0.54%.
Inditex, which yesterday lost more than 3%, today rebounds 0.94%.
Grifols is, on the other hand, the most punished value of the IBEX 35 and of the entire Spanish Stock Exchange, with 3.03% falling.
In the continuous market, Masmovil rebounds 5.74% and is the most bullish value.
