The sale of housing has reached 45,120 transactions in February, which represents an interannual increase of 3.2%, while the average price has registered 1,373 euros per square meter, which shows an increase of 0.7%, according to the data of the General Council of Notaries.
If we take as a reference the type of housing, the sale of apartments has gone up 0.8%, while that of the apartments has increased by 1%. This increase was due to both the expansion of the sale of second-hand flats (0.4%) and that of new flats (8.5%). The sale of single-family homes has shown an increase of 13% year-on-year.
In terms of average price, the square meter of homes purchased in February has reached 1,373 euros, reflecting an increase of 0.7% year-on-year as a result of the slight increase in the price of single-family homes (0.1%) and apartments (2.2%).
The price per square meter of free price flats It has risen 2.5%. Within these, the price of the second-hand ones stood at 1,524 euros (1.3% year-on-year) and that of new floors at 2,055 euros (10.1% year-on-year).
The sale of other properties in February it was 10,732 operations (4.4% year-on-year), of which 37.7% corresponded to land or plots. The average price per square meter of these transactions stood at 209 euros (-12.9% year-on-year).
On the other hand, it should be noted that Mortgage loans for the acquisition of a home have increased by 10.6% year-on-year in February, to 21,765 new loans. In addition, its average amount has experienced a fall of 1.4% in interannual terms, to 131,492 euros.
According to the statistic of notaries, the number of companies incorporated in February was 9,340, which represents an interannual increase of 2.2% while its average capital was not altered and remained at 14,927 euros.
