The Prosecutor's Office asks for four years in prison for a member of a Nazi rock band for spreading racist messages

The Prosecutor's Office of Marbella (Malaga) asks for four years in prison and ten years of disqualification for AGJ, which it accuses of a crime of provocation to hatred and discrimination and of another crime of exaltation or justification of hate crimes. In its indictment the Public Ministry collects several tweets that it considers "unequivocally manifest its contempt and animosity towards immigrants", "assimilating them to criminals." In another of those messages, the defendant refers to the white supremacist who attacked two New Zealand mosques in 2019, murdering 51 people, as "comrade" - the prosecutor highlights.
