The price of housing rises 5.6% in November



The price of finished housing rose by 5.6% in November with respect to the same month of 2017, three tenths more than in October (5.3%), according to the data published today by the appraiser Tinsa, which shows that the greatest advances they occurred in the big cities and on the Mediterranean coast.

Thus, the price of housing completed in capitals and large cities rose by 9.4% in November, while the increase in the Mediterranean coast was 7.8%.

In the Canary Islands and the Balearic Islands housing was up 2.3%; in metropolitan areas, 4.7%, and in the rest of municipalities, 0.1%.

Despite the fact that the average price in Spain has recovered 12.6% of its value since the minimum it touched in the crisis (February 2015), it is still 35.4% below the maximum reached in 2007.
