Housing prices in Spain will increase 5.5% in 2020, the largest rise in Western Europe, according to a report by Moody’s risk rating agency.
The report forecasts a price increase of 4.5% in Ireland and the Netherlands, 4% in Germany and Portugal, 3.5% in France, 0.7% in the United Kingdom and 0% in Italy.
Moody's notes that the rise in the price of homes in Spain is stable, after a year-on-year increase of 3.7% in November according to data made public on Wednesday by the appraiser Tinsa.
