More than 20 years ago, hearing about ‘bio’ food seemed something exotic in Spain, and very few could predict the dizzying impulse that this activity would receive. Spaniards consume organic products worth 2,363 million euros, 2.24% of all food consumption, according to the Ministry of Agriculture.
