Manzanahas released its new Mac Pro professional desktop computer for sale on Tuesday, with a price starting at6,499 euros, while its 32-inch Pro Display X monitor is sold separately for 5,499 euros.
The Mac Pro with its maximum specifications reaches a price of more than62,500 euros, as shown in the store of its official website, and at the moment only its tower version is available but not in 'rack'.
The new desktop has specifications that reach Intel Xeon processorup to 28 coresand with a new Retina 6K HDR screen, as well as the new macOS Catalina desktop operating system, compatible with iPad and iPhone apps and with iTunes divided into three different 'apps'.
For its part, thedisplaywith nanotextured glassreaches 5,499 euros,without the Pro Stand support, which costs 1,099 euros.
The screen includes a layer thatavoid glareand that improves the contrast of the images, as well as a thermal design that doubles the ventilation surface and allows to maintain up to 1000 nits of brightness, with peaks of up to 1,600. Its contrast ratio is one million to one.
Apple presented in June at WWDC 2019 its new Mac Pro with the aim of"fill a hole" in the company's product catalog, aimed at professional content creators and filmmakers. Apple CEO Tim Cook said it is the "most powerful Mac computer" the American company has created.
