The Mojo Music Festival is postponed and is looking for new dates – La Provincia

The organization of Mojo Music Festival (MOMF), given the proximity of the dates on which it would hold its second edition (May 15, 16 and 17), and the uncertainty generated by the announcement of a new extension of the state of alert, postpone the event and look for new dates for its celebration this year.

The promoters clarify that the current reality caused by the pandemic forces them to reschedule all the work that has already been done, contact and renegotiate new dates and conditions with the artists, wait for air connections to start up again and look for real alternatives so that the MOMF is celebrated sooner rather than later.

“By 2020 we had already announced the performances of Guadalupe Plata, Niña Coyote eta Chica Tornado, Chiki Lora, Mastretta, Nimañana and Mel Ómana, in addition to a festival presentation party in which Arizona Baby and The Olrait Band were going to participate. There were, in addition, other bands already confirmed, but not announced, with which we will continue to count towards future editions, “the organization said in a statement, adding that “soon” will announce new dates and artists that will make up the second edition of the MOMF.
