The Mayor of Malaga appreciates the support after being operated on for a stroke

The Mayor of Malaga, Francisco de la Torre, thanked this Sunday for the signs of affection received after having undergone a successful surgical operation on a stroke.
De la Torre, 77, has assured on Twitter that he is "fine" and that he is still admitted to the Intensive Care Unit (ICU), but he hopes they will transfer him to the plant "today".
"When I can, I will answer you one by one," promises the councilor, who assures him that they have told him about the label "Paco force", with which many people have encouraged him and wished him a speedy recovery through the social network. .
In the early afternoon of this Saturday, De la Torre underwent a test at the Clinical Hospital of Malaga that detected chronic subdural hematoma, an injury that often originates from a previous mild head injury.
After admission, the doctors informed his family that the prognosis was favorable and decided to submit him to surgery to resolve the condition he presented.
For just over an hour, doctors performed a craniostomy and evacuation and managed to drain the bruise that he presented, according to the City Council in a statement.
