The head of the Commercial Court number 2 of Madrid will decide in the next five days on the schedules of the First and Second Division of Spanish football in the dispute facing the Spanish Football Federation (RFEF) and LaLiga, whose oral hearing had place this wednesday.
After both entities did not reach an agreement on weekend schedules, the RFEF Competition Judge Carmen Pérez ruled on July 26 that only matches could be played on Saturdays and Sundays, for which LaLiga presented a complaint in the Higher Sports Council and requested precautionary measures so that they can continue playing games Friday and Monday.
The hearing began at 9:45 CET (7.45 GMT) and during a recess made after two hours of trial it was reported that, being a case that requires a great analysis, the commercial judge Andrés Sánchez Magro will not publish a resolution this Wednesday and it is expected to be made public within a maximum period of five days.
