The judge of the National Court Ismael Moreno takes this Friday statement to the detainees last Wednesday in an anti-jihadist operation in the town of Bolaños de Calatrava (Ciudad Real).
Before agreeing to bring it to justice, the National Police has been analyzing the documentation and the effects of the four detainees in that operation to assess their level of involvement in acts of a terrorist nature, so that some could be released without passing before the judge.
As sources close to the investigation have informed Efe, for the moment, the Police are planning to bring before the judge at least one of them – of whom there would be more evidence of its radical nature.
During the police operation, which had a large device of troops and lasted from 6.30 a.m. to 2.15 p.m., the agents searched two private homes and a warehouse, where they were checking the computers and documentation of those then they were seized.
Two of the detainees were at a home on Cardenal Cisneros de Bolaños Street, and officers also searched another home on Rehoya Street. Ample documentation and material were taken out of both addresses in cardboard boxes.
The detainees were later transferred under a comprehensive security device to police units in Madrid, from where they will be taken to the National Court.
