Legal sources have confirmed to Europa Press that the head of the Central Court of Instruction Number 6 has issued an order to pass to an abbreviated procedure prosecuting the heads of security of both companies at the time of hiring as the heads of security: Rafael Araujo (Repsol) and Miguel Ángel Fernández Rancaño (CaixaBank).

This is the second time that the magistrate files the involvement of the two managers and the companies in this case, after the provisional file that he decreed in July 2021 and that was revoked by the criminal chamber in February of this year.
