Hasta este mediodía, el Samur ha atendido este miércoles en Madrid a 11 personas, cinco de ellas policías. En total, se han realizado cuatro traslados hospitalarios, tres de policías y otro de un manifestante. Todos ellos tenían heridas leves, informa F. Javier Barroso.

El ministro de Fomento, José Luis Ábalos, ha pedido este miércoles que "se evite el enquistamiento del conflicto" del taxi y ha abogado por un equilibrio entre el negocio tradicional y el de las VTC, ya que "no es bueno que alguien se vea forzado a marcharse", según informa Efe. En rueda de prensa en Valladolid, donde este miércoles ha repasado con el presidente de la Junta de Castilla y León, Juan Vicente Herrera, las necesidades de la Comunidad en infraestructuras, ha afirmado que no cree que el conflicto del taxi perjudique a la imagen de España.

La Comunidad de Madrid y el Ayuntamiento de Madrid pondrán en marcha una comisión técnica para recoger propuestas sobre la regulación del taxi y ver su viabilidad, después de que el Consistorio manifestase que estaría dispuesto a asumir determinadas competencias relacionadas con el sector. Así lo han avanzado fuentes del Gobierno regional a Europa Press, después de que esta misma mañana lo acordasen la consejera de Transportes, Vivienda e Infraestructuras, Rosalía Gonzalo, y la delegada del Área de Gobierno de Medioambiente y Movilidad del Ayuntamiento, Inés Sabanés.

The presidente de la Comunidad de Madrid, Ángel Garrido, está dispuesto a negociar todo con los taxistas menos el tiempo de precontratación de los vehículos de alquiler con conductor (VTC), ya que ha insistido en que este asunto "corresponde" a los Ayuntamientos, informa Efe. El sector del taxi prosigue con sus reivindicaciones para que se regulen los vehículos de alquiler con conductor (VTC) y mantiene su tercer día de huelga tras concluir sin acuerdo esta madrugada la última reunión con representantes con la Comunidad de Madrid.

"Nuestro borrador está hecho, abierto a matices, a otras incorporaciones salvo un asunto, la precontratación", ha declarado Garrido a los medios durante la inauguración de la feria internacional de turismo Fitur, en Ifema, donde los taxistas han trasladado este miércoles sus protestas. El presidente regional está "dispuesto a legislar definiendo qué es precontratación", pero sostiene que el margen de antelación con el que los usuarios deben reservar un servicio de VTC "corresponde" a los Ayuntamientos.

The ministra de Hacienda, María Jesús Montero, no ha confirmado si el Gobierno intervendrá para solucionar el conflicto abierto entre el sector del taxi y las plataformas VTC, ya que no contempla que las comunidades autónomas rehúsen hacer uso de sus competencias y confía en que los gobiernos regionales "intentarán dar una respuesta ajustada a las necesidades de los ciudadanos", informa Europa Press. En declaraciones en la sede de la CEOE para explicar los detalles del proyecto de Presupuestos para este año, la ministra ha trasladado su "apoyo" a los gobiernos regionales para que solucionen el conflicto. "Lo que sí tienen es todo el apoyo del Gobierno de España", ha señalado.

El expresidente del Gobierno José Luis Rodríguez Zapatero ha afirmado este miércoles que el Gobierno central y las comunidades autónomas deberían ofrecer una "respuesta de país", conjunta, al conflicto entre el sector del taxi y las empresas de vehículos de transporte concertado (VTC), informa Europa Press. "Ojalá pudiéramos dar una respuesta de país" y "el Gobierno central y las comunidades autónomas, en una conferencia sectorial, pudieran dar una respuesta conjunta", ha declarado en el acto por el 30º aniversario de la agencia Servimedia, añadiendo que ese proceso podría llevar varios meses.

Durante su visita a Fitur, Maroto ha señalado que el Gobierno se puso el viernes a disposición de la comunidad para ayudar en un conflicto que "se tiene que resolver", no solo porque está "desluciendo" la feria, sino porque impide la movilidad diaria de muchos ciudadanos, ha agregado.

La secretaria de Estado de Turismo, Isabel Oliver, ha apelado este miércoles a la responsabilidad de las partes, tanto del taxi como de la Comunidad de Madrid, para que resuelvan el conflicto y se desarrolle Fitur con toda normalidad. Ha pedido que se permita un acceso fluido a los visitantes y profesionales que acuden a la Feria Internacional de Turismo en la semana más importante para el sector, que reúne a representantes de más de 60 países, informa Europa Press. "Lo espero y lo deseo para el normal desarrollo de Fitur, dado que el sector del taxi es muy necesario para el buen funcionamiento de la feria. Por ello apelo a la flexibilidad y responsabilidad de las partes", ha dicho en declaraciones a RNE desde Ifema en el día de la inauguración de la 39ª edición de la feria turística.

La policía ha detenido a uno de los taxistas que este miércoles se están manifestando en las inmediaciones de la M-40, en Madrid, informa F. Javier Barroso. Está acusado de delitos de resistencia y desobediencia, informa Europa Press.

Pasadas las 11.45 de este miércoles, un multitudinario grupo de taxistas se ha dirigido hacia la M-40, a la altura de los accesos de Ifema, para tratar de volver a cortar la vía, como han hecho esta mañana y como hicieron este martes también en dos ocasiones. Algunos de los asistentes han empezado a lanzar objetos a la decena de policías que están en la zona y que han tratado de defenderse con las porras. Antes de cortar la vía han hecho una sentada con gritos de "los taxistas, no somos terroristas", momento en que los agentes se han acercado para pedirles que se fueran de la zona. Se han vivido momentos de tensión cuando los taxistas han empezado a increpar a los agentes con actitud hostil.

La decena de agentes ha tratado de alejar a los taxistas con las porras y pequeñas cargas porque, en realidad, se encontraban rodeados por los manifestantes. Se han producido varios empujones y uno de ellos ha sido reducido para su identificación y posteriormente ha acabado detenido por desobediencia y resistencia a la autoridad.

La Comunidad de Madrid ha insistido este miércoles en que no cederá "a ningún chantaje" del sector del taxi aunque ha recalcado que la Consejería de Transportes, Infraestructura y Vivienda está "siempre abierta" para ellos, informa Europa Press. En declaraciones a los medios de comunicación, a la entrada de una jornada sobre mantenimiento de infraestructuras en la región, la consejera de Transportes, Infraestructura y Vivienda, Rosalía Gonzalo, ha hecho hincapié en que desde el Ejecutivo regional están tratando de buscar "una solución" y precisamente por ello anoche estuvieron "largas horas" reunidos con el sector.

Un taxista y un policía han resultado heridos leves en incidentes registrados en el reciento ferial de Ifema de Madrid, donde los Reyes inauguran esta mañana la Feria Internacional del Turismo (Fitur), en el marco de la tercera jornada de la huelga del taxi, informa Efe.

Don Felipe y Doña Letizia han inaugurado la 39º edición de Fitur, que se celebra en Ifema hasta el domingo, en un contexto en el que los taxistas de Madrid, en huelga indefinida, han tratado bloquear la entrada del recinto. La visita está siendo realizada con total normalidad, a pesar de que los Reyes hayan accedido por una puerta lateral para evitar altercados.

El alcalde de Guadalajara, Antonio Román, se ha visto obligado a suspender la visita que tenía prevista realizar a la Feria Internacional de Turismo, Fitur 2019, "ante las dificultades existentes en el acceso a Ifema por el conflicto de los taxistas", informa Europa Press. In Barcelona, taxistas y conductores de vehículos de alquiler concertados (VTC) siguen ocupando este miércoles parte de la Gran Via de les Corts Catalanes y de la avenida Diagonal, respectivamente, informa Europa Press. En su sexto día de paro indefinido, los taxistas bloquean la calzada central de la Gran Via entre las calles Entença y Bailen, según informó la Guardia Urbana. El taxista atropellado este martes por un automóvil durante la huelga indefinida de los taxistas en Madrid permanece en el hospital de La Paz "muy grave" y sin experimentar cambios, ha informado una portavoz del centro hospitalario, informa Efe. El paciente, que sufrió un traumatismo craneo-encefálico, "sigue igual", ha dicho esta fuente, que ha precisado que la familia no autoriza a ofrecer información adicional sobre el estado de salud del hombre, de unos 30 años de edad, que fue arrollado el martes por un coche con licencia VTC en Madrid capital, en la autovía A-2.

La alcaldesa de Madrid, Manuela Carmena, ha insistido este miércoles en su propuesta de colaborar con el Gobierno regional de Ángel Garrido para tratar de solucionar el conflicto de los taxistas, que afrontan su tercer día de huelga en la capital, informa Efe. Recordamos que los Reyes inaugurarán este miércoles la 39ª edición de la Feria Internacional de Turismo, Fitur 2019, una de las más importantes del sector turístico en Europa junto con la ITB de Berlín y la World Travel Market (WTM) de Londres, y de las más relevantes del mundo en la que es su edición más internacional. Colocará a la capital de España en el epicentro del turismo mundial, pero la huelga del taxi puede ensombrecer la cita en Ifema.
