The indexIBEX 35 of the Madrid Stock Exchange has started the session on Tuesday without a defined trend, alternating minimum advances with slight drops during the first moments of negotiation in the parquet of the Plaza de la Loyalty,staying below 9,000 pointsand with investors pending the publication of business results in the Old Continent.
Among the most bullish values in the opening of the Ibex 35 were the rises of Merlin Properties (+ 1.4243%) andArcelormittal(+ 1.4057%), while in the opposite extreme Acciona and Endesa recorded the sharpest decreases, with falls of 0.765% and 0.413% respectively.
For its part, the shares of Santander and BBVA rose tobeginning of the session a 0.1985%and 0.4881% respectively, while Bankinter's shares advanced 0.1821% and those of CaixaBank 0.3081%. For its part, Bankia traded with a rise of 0.3707% and Sabadell gained 0.2775%.
Outside Madrid, the Dia titles rose 50.5% in the opening, after L1 Retail, retail division of LetterOne, a company controlled by Russian investor Mikhail Fridan and owner of 29% of Dia, has launched a voluntary takeover bid (OPA) on all the shares of the food group that does not have, 70.9%, at a price of 0.67 euros per title.
The rest of the main stock exchanges of the Old Continent, Frankfurt and Paris began the day without definite tendency, while the Ftse 100 of Londonrecorded a rise of 0.4%.
In the secondary debt market, therisk premiumSpanish was below 110 basis points, with a profitability of 1.256%.
