The Ministry of Employment, Social Policies and Housing, through the Canary Institute of Housing, publishes in the edition of Monday, July 8, of the BOCthe bases and call for grants for this year, aimed at facilitating young people up to 35 years old,residents in the Canary Islands, access to a permanent and permanent home, in property regime. This year's call includes a budget of 1.2 million euros.
The aid may beup to 11,000 euros,with the limit of20% of the purchase price of the home, without expenses and taxes inherent to the acquisition.The priority of the grants will be established according to the income.
The acting counselor of Employment, Social Policies and Housing,Cristina Valido, highlighted today the relevance of this line of financing. "It is essential to start up aid of this kind forfavor the emancipation of young people, since many of them need support to be able to undertake a life project. It is the responsibility of the administration, and society, to contribute to having that opportunity. "
Beneficiaries may be natural persons of legal age whoompren by public deed a house, between January 1, 2019 and November 30, 2019and that the income of the cohabitation unit to which the applicant belongs,are equal to or less than three times the IPREM (€ 22,557).
The home must be allocated to habitual and permanent residence for a minimum period of five years and the purchase price, without the expenses and taxes inherent to the acquisition,it must be equal to or less than 120,000 euros.
Next to the application they must present the deed of the house, if they have already bought it and otherwise, the declaration responsible to be able to buy it and that the price, without the expenses and taxes inherent to the acquisition, is equal or lower to 120,000 euros.
The applications that will be addressed to the Directorate of the Canarian Institute of Housing, may be presented at the electronic headquarters of the Canary Institute of Housing, in the corresponding records of the headquarters of the Canary Institute of Housing, as well as in the other registers that it contemplates the Law 39/2015, of October 1, of common administrative procedure of the Public Administrations.
The deadline for submitting applicationsIt will be 15 business days, starting tomorrow.
