The Government maintains the plan to prevent the hunting of wolves despite the campaign of four autonomous communities

The Government maintains the plan to expand the legal protection of the wolf and prevent widespread hunting in Spain despite the offensive against the armed forces by Galicia, Castilla y León, Cantabria and Asturias. The Vice President of Ecological Transition, Teresa Ribera, met this Monday with the representatives of the four communities and reiterated that equalizing the legal status of the species is the way to overcome conservation and management problems.
