The Government highlights the economic "robustness" and rules out a slowdown

The Minister of Education and Government spokesperson, Isabel Celaá, stressed today that the economic data of Spain "remain very robust", despite the fact that unemployment has increased by 20,441 people in September, and has ruled out a slowdown in Europe .

Celaá, who has referred to the unemployment data made public today at an information breakfast organized by Europa Press, has stressed that the Executive of Pedro Sanchez has "a lot of confidence in the macroeconomic data" that indicate, among other things, an increase in GDP.

"We are in the robustness", has proclaimed Celaá, after noting that "no one from the economic world" holds at this moment, in the European international arena, that there may be a "consistent slowdown".
