The Government dyes its networks with the colors of the 2030 Agenda for the Development Objectives
Madrid, Dec 30 (EFE) .- The Government will identify in its profiles of social networks tomorrow and the past with the colors and the symbol of the 2030 Agenda, an initiative that aims to raise awareness of the Sustainable Development Goals (ODS).
This has been pointed out to Efe by the high commissioner of the Government for the 2030 Agenda, Cristina Gallach, who explained that the Executive will carry out this campaign to symbolize that the year 2019 will "be very important for Spain in the realization of the commitments of the Schedule".
Although it is a "long-term" Agenda, it must be fulfilled in 2030 and "it is very important that every year the maximum be done", he assured.
"We want 2019 to be the year of great involvement of all ministries, all administrations, autonomous and local, and all citizens in general," stressed Cristina Gallach.
Those responsible for the Government, in addition to making visible the logo of the 2030 Agenda, can highlight in a special way the main commitments that they want to highlight.
The 2030 Agenda logo is a "global symbology" wheel that shows a color for each of the 17 Sustainable Development Goals approved by the UN.
Gallach has added his satisfaction for the work he carries out - "I am very happy" - as there is more and more awareness of the Agenda and there are more actions.
"The action of the Government is towards the fulfillment of the objectives and little by little we are involving all the administrations.The Agenda is taking a lot of body in Spain and this brings us to a good port", he added.
