The Government distributes this Monday more than 14 million masks in more than 3,500 points throughout Spain

As reported by Moncloa, the distribution of masks at the beginning of phase one of the de-escalation is being carried out by 15,000 troops, mainly in the transport nodes, municipalities and social entities.

In this sense, the State Security Forces and Bodies are also distributing masks from the first hour to Cáritas, the Red Cross and also to the Spanish Committee of Representatives of People with Disabilities (CERMI).

In addition, the distribution in the municipalities is being carried out with the Spanish Federation of Municipalities and Provinces (FEMP), the municipalities, provincial councils, councils and island councils.

The order that has come into force this Monday establishes the mandatory use of masks that cover the nose and mouth for all users of public and collective transport services, both land, bus, taxi, VTC and rail, as well as transportation. air and sea.

This measure, announced last Saturday by the President of the Government, Pedro Sánchez, also determines that transport service workers who have direct contact with passengers must also be provided with masks, as well as having access to hydro-alcoholic solutions.
