The firemen of Palma, indignant with the Govern for having been excluded from the rescues

The Professional Association of Firefighters of Palma (APBP) and the Cultural and Sports Association (ACiE) of said emergency corps have shown their "outrage" with the Government through social networks for not having counted on them in the rescue tasks after the heavy floods suffered in Sant Llorenç.

Minutes after knowing the magnitude of what happened, were the members of the body who took the initiative and moved as volunteers to the most seriously affected areas.

After 20 hours of the tragic flood that produced the overflow of the Ses Planes flow, passing through the Balearic town of Sant Llorens, the Firefighters of Palma assure that they did not receive any type of notice by the Govern chaired by Francina Armengol.

Next, they added that they have come to the fire station of Son Malferit de Palma volunteers of all shifts. "Both the mayor and the councilor assure us that they have offered resources to coordinate the incident, but DG Emergencies says no ", they have tweeted.

For its part, the ACiE has published a tweet criticizing the situation: "As committed professional firefighters we feel shame and a lot of impotence". "All these pumps should be shrinking water in the affected area for hours, they are still standing in Palma", they have written accompanying it with a video.
