The deadline to file the 2019 tax return by phone, through the “We call you” program, begins on Thursday, May 7, according to the Tax Agency’s taxpayer calendar.
The plan “We call you” comes this year reinforced by the closure of offices, which leaves the filing of statements in person until the health situation allows it.
The possibility of filing the return by telephone is available by appointment, which can be requested from May 5, and the Tax Agency will call the taxpayer on the agreed date.
The director general of the Tax Agency, Jesús Gascón, said a few days ago that the “We are calling you” plan will be greatly strengthened this year and will allow you to complete the filing of returns online, which this year has begun “at an extraordinary rate.”
The rental campaign started on April 1 and will end on June 30, except for declarations to be paid by direct debit, which will have to be submitted before June 25.
