The father of Diana Quer, Juan Carlos Quer, asked this Friday not to publish sensitive information about the content of the autopsy report of his daughter so as not to generate "unnecessary additional pain to a family already destroyed".
In a statement sent to Europa Press, Juan Carlos Quer expresses the "deep malaise" hers and his family's. "I wish to express in my own name and that of my family my deepest displeasure and rejection for the publication of such sensitive information, about whose veracity and content I am not going to pronounce," he says.
"My daughter Diana can no longer ask for it, and for that reason as a father and in her name I claim her right to Justice in a serious and rigorous procedure and regardless of improper leaks to the media, judicially punishable," the letter continues.
Juan Carlos Quer questions the ethical criteria of the information disseminated in the last hours with details of the autopsy of the young person, "accompanied once again with the infamous photograph of the corpse so often denounced".
