The Department of Territory and Infrastructure of the Consell de Mallorca has reported that 11 roads in Mallorca continue to be cut off due to flooding, most of them in the municipalities of Sant Llorenç, Son Servera and Artà, where they continue cleaning.
The roads with cuts at 13.45 are: the Ma-12, which runs from Son Serra de Marina to the Colònia de Sant Pere; Ma-15f, passing through Sant Llorenç des Cardassar; Ma-3323 from Manacor to Sant Llorenç des Cardassar; Ma-3333 between Artà and Betlem; Ma-3334 d'Artà to Sant Llorenç des Cardassar; Ma-4021 from Manacor to Son Carrió; Ma4022 between Son Carrió and Sant Llorenç des Cardassar; Ma-4023, which connects Son Servera and Porto Cristo; Ma-4030 from Sant Llorenç to Son Servera; Ma-4041 from Artà to s'Era de Pula and the Ma-40402 from Artà to Canyamel.
In addition, alternative traffic has been established in another section of Ma-12, in Ma3331 of Colónia de Sant Pere and in Ma-4031 that goes from Ma-15 in Son Servera.
On the affected infrastructures it is possible to emphasize the bridge of the Ma-12 (km 0,8) of Artà to Can Picafort, that has collapsed; and the bridge of the Ma-4023 from Porto Cristo to Son Servera, from which the pavement of the asphalt has been affected.
For the tasks of recovery of all these points the Consell de Mallorca has mobilized 70 people and 17 machines have moved to the area.
The insular institution has stressed that work is being done to restore normalcy "as soon as possible" and has asked citizens to avoid traveling through the affected areas.
