The trickle of Temporary Employment Regulation Files (ERTE) has not stopped in Spain since the start of the pandemic, and this Tuesday more companies from sectors as diverse as the automotive, sports or the media have been receiving, and with offices in different autonomous communities.
While the number of ERTE requests grows, more and more sectors are demanding the possibility of its application, such as the case of logistics companies or roadside assistance cranes, who report that, as their activity is framed as ” transport “and not as assistance, cannot be accepted under the decree of extraordinary urgent measures to face the economic and social impact of the coronavirus.
