The DGT clarifies that it is not punishable not to use masks in vehicles

The General Directorate of Traffic (DGT) has clarified this Wednesday that it is not punishable not to use masks in vehicles since it is a sanitary and public health measure against the coronavirus over which it has no jurisdiction.

This is reported in a statement issued “in relation to the news appeared in numerous media in recent days, referring to the DGT and complaints to drivers for the non-use of masks in vehicles.”
