A man murdered a 51-year-old woman yesterday morning, who in the spring of 2019 had already suffered another assault that took him to the hospital and that he did not want to report.
Rosell remembers today in a message on social networks that the victim did not want to file that complaint and adds: "We must insist: if you know, see or hear gender violence you can and should report. It is not a private matter. It is public. And saves lives. "
The delegate reports that the number of women murdered by gender-based violence, including yesterday's victim, rises to twenty this year and 1,053 since 2003.
