The Consell de Garanties endorses the Budgets of the Generalitat of Catalonia 2020
This has been stated in the opinion published this Wednesday and collected by Europa Press, which gives the green light to the Catalan Chamber to vote on the draft Budget and approve them.
Cs presented on March 18 a request for an opinion to the CGE arguing that, in the face of the impact of the coronavirus, the draft accounts agreed between the Catalan Government and the communes would not comply with the economic forecasts and that this supposed a breach of the Constitution and the Statute , which has delayed the approval of the Budgets and the announcement of the date of the Catalan elections.
