The Congress wants to improve conditions for personal assistants of dependents



The Congress has been in favor of consolidating the figure of personal assistants of dependents in relation to their training, contract and professional recognition.

It has been the Commission of Health, Consumption and Social Welfare to approve a proposal not of law of the PP, transacted with the PSOE, which seeks to improve the autonomy and care of the dependency through the legitimization and consolidation of the figure of the assistants personal

To this end, the initiative calls for the establishment of common criteria for the entire country of the economic benefit of personal assistance, within the framework of the Territorial Council of Social Services and the System for Autonomy and Care for Dependency.

Likewise, it urges to define in an "appropriate way" the professional figure of the assistance with an "auspicious labor framework" through the agreement adopted within the Interterritorial Council.

The Commission has also taken forward a proposal not law PP, agreed with the PSOE, which calls for the implementation "urgently" of the provision for the allocation of 0.7% of the collection of Corporation Tax for activities oriented to inclusion and promoted by the Third Sector.

The initiative includes the launch of awareness campaigns and promotion on the "X business solidarity."
