The decision of the sentence declares the collective dismissal null and condemns the Ministry of the Presidency, Relations with the Courts and Equality to the payment of the wages no longer received by the workers affected by the collective dismissal, recognizing the right of said workers to immediate reinstatement in their jobs, as explained by the union.
