The CNMV opens a sanctioning proceeding to Telepizza for alleged omissions in the information submitted

The National Securities Market Commission (CNMV) has announced the opening of a sanction against Telepizza for the possible violation of the Article 282.7 of the Securities Market Law, which refers to the provision of relevant information "with inaccurate or inaccurate information, misleading or omitting aspects or relevant data" related to the relevant event published by the aforementioned company on May 18, 2018.

As reported by the CNMV in a press release, it was information in which the firm reported the resignation of one of its independent directors and their motivation. In this regard, from this body, they recalled that the present statement announcing the opening of the file does not prejudge the final outcome of the procedure and recalls that their rights of defense remain intact.
