According to the Claims Report of 2018 published this Wednesday by the Bank of Spain, the majority of claims filed last year by financial customers were related to mortgage loans, which represented 54% of the total (compared to 81.4% in 2017). ), followed by accounts and deposits (14.5%) and cards (9.5%).
Of the total claims presented, 6,708 were resolved, of which 4,706 (70.16%) concluded with a favorable result for the claimant, and 2,002 to the financial entity.
