The Civil Guard, on the trail to clarify a forced disappearance in Ciudad Real in 2019

The Civil Guard has just announced it. It is currently inspecting different locations in the municipality of Manzanares (Ciudad Real), in the framework of the investigation into the disappearance of Jesús María González Borrajowhose case, according to the investigations carried out, was similar to that of Juan Miguel Isla, already clarified, with the appearance of the body and the arrest of the two alleged perpetrators of the homicide/murder.

In the investigations of the Ciudad de Real Command and the UCO, to which LA RAZÓN has had access, it was indicated that one of the alleged perpetrators of this criminal action, Antonio Caba, already in jail, "appeared" strongly linked in another disappearance that occurred in very similar circumstances. On that occasion, on June 26, 2019, Miguel González Borrajo filed a complaint at the Manzanares Civil Guard Post for the disappearance of his brother, Jesús María. According to said investigation, carried out by the Organic Unit of the Judicial Police of the Civil Guard of Ciudad Real, Jesús María disappeared on 06/19/2019 after selling a vehicle for €14,000 to a resident of the town of Manzanares, being the person who acted as intermediary in that sale the now investigated, Antonio Caba, who was present when the payment was made.

“A transaction after which, Jesús María was never heard from again. In relation to these facts, it should be noted that both disappearances -the one in 2019 and the current one- are considered forced, existing between them, despite the time period that separates them, a series of similarities that can hardly be due to chance and that converge around the person of Antonio Caba.”

“Both occurred immediately after the disappeared received an important collection of cash in which Antonio had not only acted as an intermediary, but would have participated actively, being present at the moment in which the victims would have received the payment of a significant amount of cash; Antonio Caba being the last person who would have seen both disappeared before the sudden cessation of any communication on their part. To this is added in relation to the first disappeared person who, on May 10, 2019, appeared in official offices of the Civil Guard of Ciudad Real, relatives of the disappeared Jesús María to document an alleged debt of Caba with Jesús María, signing two loan contracts for a value of 10,000 euros on April 3 and 17, 2019, respectively, formalizing by Antonio the return of said amounts in promissory notes in the bank LIBERBANK dated April 3 and 20, 2019, with expiration dates of May 25 and June 25, 2019 and which, apparently, would still be pending collection; the family undertaking legal actions for the payment of said amounts by Antonio. Thus increasing the possible economic motive after the disappearance of Jesús María, this being the same source of conflict that surrounds the disappearance now of Juan Miguel Isla”. As finally confirmed.
