The twin sons of Podemos general secretary, Pablo Iglesias, and his partner, the speaker in Congress, Irene Montero, have been released from hospital and are now at home, after having been hospitalized for more than three months.
The children, who were born prematurely on July 3 and were admitted since then, have been discharged on Monday, Efe sources have confirmed.
The leaders of Podemos have received during the time that their children, Leo and Manuel, have been hospitalized the support of all their peers and political opponents.
In the session of control in the Congress celebrated the 12 of September, the president of the Government, Pedro Sanchez, congratulated to Churches in name of the Executive by his return to the political activity after the two months that had spent set apart to dedicate themselves to the care of their premature children, admitted to the Gregoria Marañón hospital.

Two months after the birth of the children, Iglesias and Montero published on the social networks a letter of thanks to those who during that time had cared for their children in public health and those who had transmitted their support and affection.
Coinciding with the medical discharge of the children of Iglesias and Montero, another leader of Podemos, the Madrid-based Ramón Espinar, has also become a father for the first time this Monday.
