According to documents sent by the company to the SEC, the US securities regulator rejected any compensation or complementary benefits, both in cash and in shares. He does so as a sign of his "commitment and faith in the potential of creating long-term Twitter value", is reflected in the documents.





Based on data from Forbes, Dorsey accumulates a fortune of 5,300 million dollars, some 4,700 million euros.
