The Central Administration groups all the attention telephones at 060



All the citizen's attention telephone numbers of the General State Administration (AGE), which ranges from the request for a previous appointment of the DNIe to care for victims of terrorism, have been grouped into a single number, 060, with the aim of facilitate the procedures for users.

As reported on Friday by the Ministry of Territorial Policy and Public Function, this new service currently integrates almost 230 telephone lines of more than 20 services, such as payment of traffic fines, complaints to the police, immigration procedures or information on public employment and selective processes.

The 060 telephone supports citizens 24 hours a day in a centralized way, which allows to rationalize resources and services and to derive calls in case specialized attention is needed.

It currently handles an average of 900,000 calls per month, a total of 10.8 million calls per year.
